Stress is something we have to deal with, we all feel it no matter how we spend our days. Here is something you can do to help you relieve stress and anxiety.


  1. Make a list of the things you’re stressing about.

  2. Then assign them a priority from 1 - 3, where 1 is the top priority and 3 is the low priority.

After doing this ask yourself: Is my anxiety tied to my priorities?


Valuable insights might come from answering this. Then, set a timer to 30 minutes and determine the most efficient way to deal with your top priorities.


Work your way through your list, and remove the reasons for your anxiety, one by one.

Keep this in mind: anxiety comes from stress, not from lack of energy. This may help your anxiety naturally. Once you’re over the initial burst of anxiety, your energy will be restored and you’ll feel a sense of relief.


Taking action and 30 minutes of deep focus can help wonders.
